I was named in the top 7% of all the Insurance Professionals in the Chicago metro area (over 36,000 licensed agents).
In the October Issue of Chicago magazine, I was features as a Five Star Insurance Professional named in Excelling in customer satisfaction!
Chicago magazine teamed up with QMI research to conduct a very large client satisfaction survey, including 108,000 homebuyers (Dec 09-Dec 10), 250 Mortgage/ Title Companies, and 10,000 subscribers of Chicago magazine. In this Research QMI asked to name their Insurance Professional they’ve worked with (surveys were blank, no list of Insurance agents were given) , once named was put forward, I was evaluated on key service attributes including customer service, performance , and rate of recommendation.
